Hootsuite provides employees with access to the Simplyhealth Optimise Health Plan, which offers cashback on everyday health expenses and access to wellbeing services. Hootsuite covers the cost of Level 1 cover for both employees and their partners. Employees can also add up to four dependent children at no additional cost.
If employees wish to enhance their coverage, they can choose to upgrade to a higher level-up to Level 6 - at their own cost via payroll. Below you will find the rate table for increasing cover for yourself and your partner if you wish. You can find the overview of cover under the different levels here.

Employees can add or remove insurance coverage during the Annual Enrolment Period in December, with changes effective 1st January each year. Outside of this period, changes are only allowed if you or your dependents experience a lifestyle change. You can submit your life event by clicking the button.
