Hootsuite provides employees with access to the Simplyhealth Optimise Health Plan, which offers cashback on everyday health expenses and access to wellbeing services. Hootsuite covers the cost of Level 1 cover for both employees and their partners. Employees can also add up to four dependent children at no additional cost.
If employees wish to enhance their coverage, they can choose to upgrade to a higher level-up to Level 6 - at their own cost via payroll. Below you will find the rate table for increasing cover for yourself and your partner if you wish. You can find the overview of cover under the different levels here.
To submit a request to increase your level of cover, simply fill your details and requested changes below. If you haven't added your partner yet but would like to, please do this directly on the Happl platform before submitting this form.
