Made Tech Cash Plan

On the 1st June 2025 we will be moving our cash plan to Bupa.

Made Tech will be paying for Level 2 cover for all employees and up to 4 child dependants (under 24).

This form is designed to collect if you would like to:

- Opt out

- Increase your cover

- Add any child dependants

- Add a partner

The cost of making these changes will be shown below and charged back on payroll each month.

Upgrade myself to level 3, add my partner and maybe add child dependants to level 3 - family (£77.38 p/m)
