Moelis is pleased to offer a pension for use when you reach retirement age.
All eligible New Joiners may participate in the scheme, but you must first complete the required documentation within this form.
You will need to download and review the Enrolment Forms and Enclosures document. You are required to complete:
- Enrolment Form - requires your signature as you must contribute to earn the Moelis employer contribution (p.1)
- Designate Beneficiary of Survivors Benefits (p.2)
- Affirm Moelis has the right to deduct a percentage of your wages to contribute to the pension account (p.3).
Once the enrolment form is completed, please scan a copy and reattach it here. Once completed it will be shared with the HCM Benefits Team.
If you do not submit the signed document, we are not permitted to enrol you into the plan.
